The Chronology Project lists an appearance by Living Laser in Iron
Man #288, however after looking through the Advanced Iron web page,
they list his appearance in Iron Man #289...

I'm not getting your point. Have you notified the Advanced Iron
web page of their mistake, in neglecting to include the Laser's
appearance in Iron Man #288?

Or are you saying that we missed the Laser's appearance in Iron
Man #289? Hmmmm. When was #289 published?

When looking at the Chronology Page, Living Laser is listed as
being in #288. When I go over to Advanced Iron, they have a
huge index of Iron Man comics with a description of the story
and characters within, and they list Living Laser as being the
main villain in #289, whereas #288 features Atom Smasher. So
I was wondering which one was right and which one was wrong,
or if Living Laser had a cameo in #288.

If it's the aim of Advanced Iron to list all the characters in
each story, then Advanced Iron is wrong. Living Laser is the main
villain in #289, and Atom Smasher (actually Atom Smasher II) is
the main villain in #288, but they both appear in #288, and we
have both listed as such. If it's the aim of Advanced Iron to
only list the main villains, then why does either site have to
be wrong?

We don't list Laser in #289, but a little quick research reveals
that we don't even list Iron Man in #289.

#289 is in the Gap. For the record, Laser appears in #289.

Okay, now I understand. I never realized that #289 was part of
the Gap, so I didn't understand why it wasn't listed. Advanced
Iron isn't too detailed, so they never bothered to mention Living
Laser having a cameo in Iron Man #288.

Question about random X-Men one-shot
Posted by Jeph! on May 03, 2001 at 12:04:46:

I recently bought a random X-Men comic at a comic convention, and
I was hoping that you knowledgable folks could help me identify it
(and, to stay on-topic, help me chronologize it if necessary) ;) .

First off, it's printed on newsprint, and is 16 pages long, including
the cover (which is also newsprint). The front cover reads "the
Uncanny X-Men #1", and there is absolutely NO indicia in the comic
to give me more clues. (It is not a reprint of UX #1.)

The comic obviously came out while the X-Men cartoon was popular,
since it features a team made up of Cyclops, Jean Grey, Wolverine,
Storm, Gambit, Rogue, Prof. X, and Jubilee -- all in their Jim Lee-
created X-Men #1-onwards costumes. It was written by Ralph Macchio
and penciled by Chris Marrinan. Highlights of this story include
Wolverine fighting a hologram of Howie Long in the Danger Room, and
Cyclops, Jean Grey, and Wolvie stopping Callisto and the Morlocks
from kidnapping innocent people and using them to dig the
foundations out from topside buildings.

The way the story is written, it seems like the Morlocks are a
new concept to the X-Men -- Storm doesn't go on the mission, so
there's no "Storm leads the Morlocks" continuity probelm -- the
issue COULD be in-continuity, but no nods are given to past
encounters. Nothing is said either way, but the issue as written
gives the impression that these "Morlocks" are a new threat. The
issue ends with Wolverine teaching Callisto the value of peace.

I'd be inclined to say that this comic is in the cartoon continuity
based on the X-Men's reactions to the Morlocks -- also, one of the
Morlocks named in the issue is Anna Lee, a hypnotic mutant. Didn't
the Marvel-Universe Annalee die in the Morlock Massacre? I don't
think she was a hypnotist, so this could be a new charcater -- the
issue COULD be in MU continuity, but I'm inclined to doubt it.

Another clue to this comic's origins -- it came without staples.
It had nicely punched staple holes, but no staples, which leads me
to believe it was an insert in a larger magazine. I've heard
rumblings about some X-Men / NFL special comic -- the special
attention given to Wolverine fighting a Howie Long hologram makes
me think that this might have been it. Can anybody tell me yes or
no on this?

Any help would be appreciated.

As far as I know, the only "pizza books" were the X-Men "Collectors'
Edition" 4-issue series (apparently set in cartoon continuity -- I
only have the first two), and the "Real Heroes" 4-issue series.
There may have been more produced, but those were the only ones I
saw advertised. (There also exists the X-Men "Missing Mutant
Mystery" comic and the X-Men Stri-Dex giveaway, and the X-Men
Toys'R'Us giveaway ... none of which are the same as this comic
I describe above.)

Hmmm...

of Marvel and the NFL. The issue was published in December 1993.
(My source on this was MARVEL AGE #132, which has a summary that

Gambit3 3
Posted by Katy on May 04, 2001 at 23:02:03:

Gambit 3
First section - Gambit follows the Courier to a meeting with
various unnamed scientists and businessmen (including the Pelican)
involving a canister of morphogenetic gas. The canister ruptures,
affecting everyone in the room except the Courier, and the Mengo
brothers arrive. Gambit breaks into the room, and leaves with
the no longer leaking gas canister and the Courier, and the the
Mengo brothers leave with the scientists.

Jacob Gavin Jr., The Courier (last seen Gambit 2)
Gambit (last seen Gambit 2)
The Pelican (no real name given, first appearance?)
Grigori and Stanislaus Mengochauzchras, the Mengo brothers (last
seen Gambit 2)

Interlude - Sekmeht dream's
Fontanelle snoops in Sekmeht Conoway's dreams, and sees a memory
of Sekmeht meeting Ozymandius in an old Egyptian tomb when she
was fifteen. There is also a brief flashback to Sekmeht's first
meeting with Gambit in issue 1.

Sekmeht (last seen Gambit 1, memory part would probably oldest
appearance)
Fontanelle (last seen Gambit 2)
Ozymandius (I don't know where this appearance would fit in his
chronology - any guesses?)

There's a big fight between Gambit and Courier and the Mengo
brothers in Onslaught Alley over the canister; Gambit wins.
Quiet Bill and Huey make their first appearance.

Gambit3 4
Blade fights a vampire who is about to feed on a young boy. The
vampire gets away, but Blade rescues the boy.

Gambit shows up at Tante Mattie's house and she tells him about
Fontanelle's visit in issue 2. Gambit's father shows up, with the
boy from last night's attack (Jerome Mouchier) and tells Gambit
a vampire named Francois Chicault (a former member of the assassin's
Guild) has been attacking children of the Antiquary.

Ministers Tome and Hoard of the Antiquary's clan go to talk to
Bella Donna while Gambit listens from the window.

Interlude one
Fontanelle goes into Carter Ryking's dreams and sees him and
Charles Xavier as young children.

Interlude two
Carl Denti tells the three security gaurds fired because of
Gambit in issue 1 that they are going to capture Rouge to get
to Gambit.

Gambit and Blade meet in a cemetary hunting for Chicault and
fight before deciding they are on the same side. (now there's
an original subplot)

Jerome, who had been bitten by Chicault, bites the other children
in the Antiquary's house and the let Chicault in. Gambit, his
father, and Blade are waiting for him inside; they fight,
Chicault dies, the children are saved.

Interlude 3
The Pig tells the Mengo brothers to go find Shirow and Zoe
Ishihara.

Blade (last seen?)
Jerome Mouchier (first appearance)
Francois Chicault (first and last appearance)
Gambit ( think this would go after Wolverine 145)
Tante Mattie (last seen issue two)
Jean Luc LeBeau (before Gambit 12)
Ministers Tome and Hoard (first appearance?)
Bella Donna (I can't find her listing, so I'm not sure where this
appearance goes)
Carter Ryking (last seen X12, but the dream is from before that)
Fontanelle (last seen Gambit 3)
Cosmo Stephanopolous, Maria Ellenthorpe, Jack Farley (last seen
issue 2)
Carl Denti, the X-Cutioner (last seen issue 2)
The Pig (first appearance)
The Mengo brothers (last seen issue 3)
Shirow Ishihara (first appearance)

Enjoying your website greatly; it's been an aid to my recent
efforts to index some Marvel series. Here are a couple of
corrections.

1) Howard the Duck's appearance in MARVEL TEAM-UP #96 takes
place between the first and second stories in HOWARD THE DUCK
(magazine) #5. This is because Howard is shown driving a cab
in MTU #96, which is destroyed in HTD (mag) #5/2.

2) Howard's appearances in GENERATION X are in issues #19-23 and 25.

Here's what I know about him:

Chemistro II is Arch Morton, a criminal who was in jail at the same
as Chemistro I and who got the Chemistro gear from him.

His original story is in Power-Man 37 and 38. He's on the cover of
Power-Man 36, but because of deadline pressures what's inside PM 36
is a reprint of an earlier issue. I'd have to page through my Heroes
for Hire stuff to see where, and if, he shows up again.

Sure thing. For me, it's more important that the work continue,
than having my ego stroked or something. I love chronologies!
I can't get enough!

I actually have a complete chronology done for the Alan Moore
Supreme universe. I've gotten pretty far with Savage Dragon,
and I have a good portion of the Ultraverse done too (both of
these were in the book). With DC, I've done all of the All-Star
Squadron and Infinity Inc issues. It's just a matter of having
the wherewithal to turn it into a site and maintain it.

If I could just focus on the research part and leave the site
construction/maintenance to someone else, I'd have an ideal set-up.
Someday!

Thanks again!

Hey, don't forget Russ put up an cover scan of your nice book up
there so even if he were to replace the link, you'd still have
plenty of opportunity for ego stroking left. ;)

In fact, I'd say having written a well-written, published print
book ranks much higher up there in the ego stroking department
than a website does. Besides, the book is more up to date than
the site.

<<love chronologies! I can't get enough!>>

Same here. Which is why I was wondering if you still have the
Piper and Maggie Sawyer chronology lists I sent you a couple of
years back. I'm afraid I lost the info not too long after I sent
it you when my hard drive crashed. I was just about to do a

have it saved somewhere.

I know! I bought the book!
Uh... well, actually, I just browsed it. But I will buy it...
Some day. Yeah, that's it. ;)

Heh. The real problem is me having to get off my lazy butt and
start working on things they'd actually pay you for.

<<With DC, I've done all of the All-Star Squadron and Infinity Inc

Hmm... is the problem that you've sent people chronologies based
on analysis of the All-Star and Infinity issues and they refused
it because they were too lazy to HTML-ize it themselves? Also,
do your chronologies for the All-Star and Infinity issues reflect
updates that are more recent and accurate than what's listed in
the book and the latest updated version of your site?

Sure! If anyone (besides Russ, that is ;) deserves, it you do!

Here is what I have at this time....

Roy formulated the idea of the Invaders with cameo appearances
of the Golden Age Cap, Torch, and SubMariner in Avengers #71 and
#97.

Then in the mid 1970s, he created the Invaders beginning with
their appearance in Giant Size Invaders #1. They then were given
their own series, which lasted 41 issues. Sprinkled throughout
this run were appearances in various other titles. The Invaders
then evolved into the earlier-created All-Winners Squad. The
chronology that I have put together is as follows:

GSINV 1 Creation of Invaders in mid Dec 1941
INV 1
INV 2
INV 31-FB
INV 3
INV 4
INV 5

INV 37 the All-Winners Squad
INV 38
INV 39
INV 40
INV 41 End of first series

All of these stories took place in the early monthes of 1942.

Then the Invaders miniseries took over:
INV(2)1 intro of the Battle-Axis
   " 2
   " 3
   " 4

Next they appeared in the stories seen in Captain America: Sentinel
of Liberty

CA/SL 2
 " 3
 " 4

All of the above stories took place in 1942. Their next appearance
came in Marvel Universe title. This story was set later in the war,
perhaps in late 1943 or 1944.

MU 1
MU 2
MU 3

Next came the transition story line, shown in What If? #4 (one of
the only What If stories accepted in the Marvel Universe, by the way)
written during the original Invaders run, documenting the end of
the Invaders and the creation of the All-Winners Squad. The 2
All-Winners Squad stories published in the late 1940s are considered
canonical:

WIF? 4 What If #4 first half
AW 19 All-Winners #19
WIF 4 What If #4 second half
AW 21

The All Winners appeared in She Hulk Vol 2

SHH(2)22

The All-Winner Squad then disbanded, and were replaced by the
Avengers of the 50s

I may have some of the abbreviations wrong.

Let me know what you think.

curious about your thoughts on this.

Thanks.

Ghost Rider/Blaze
Posted by Blaze on May 19, 2001 at 16:04:48:

I don't believe Marvel Team-Up #15 is in the correct place on the
project. Where they place it Johnny is nowhere near Madison Square
Garden (where #15 takes place)Marvel Spotlight #5-8 shows Johnny
performing in Madison Square. Roxanne does not discover he is Ghost
Rider until #6. Only hours later she gets kidnapped and once Johnny
rescues her in #8 they immediatly go to Arizona. Now in Marvel Team-Up
#15 Roxanne knows Johnny is G.R. and the performance is in Madison
Square!HELP!! I think the writters screwed up completely, but if
anyone can figure out how #15 fits PLEASE LET ME KNOW

X-MEN team chronology questions...
Posted by Jimmy Flowers on May 20, 2001 at 19:57:27:

I'm working on an X-Men & X-Family chronology which I will share
with everyone when I fill in a few holes...

Where do these titles fit in with Uncanny (and other X titles for
that matter)?

Uncanny X-Men at the State Fair of Texas Special
X-Men: God Loves, Man Kills
Wolverine: Inner Fury
Ghost Rider & Cable
Youngblood/X-Force
X-Force/Youngblood
Generation X/Gen 13
Gen 13/Generation X
Pizza Hut X-Men 1-4
Daredevil 262-265 (Inferno - no x characters)
Dazzler 22 (Rogue, Angel, Mystique, Destiny)
The Marvel UK Stuff (mostly Hell's Angel aka Dark Angel, Mys-Tech
Wars, etc.)

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

We generally hold that giveaways such as State Fair and Pizza
are non-canon. Your mileage may vary.

As for God Loves, Man Kills, that was Marvel Graphic Novel #5 (M/GN 5),
and you'll find it between Uncanny X-Men #168 & #169.

Hi Jimmy!

I'm working on a similar project myself. This is what I have found
about the titles you ask about.

> Uncanny X-Men at the State Fair of Texas Special (1983)

Not canon / Not 616 (Promotional)

> X-Men: God Loves, Man Kills (Marvel Graphic Novel #5) (1982)

During Uncanny X-Men #168 & Wolverine (mini) #1

> Wolverine: Inner Fury (1992)
> Ghost Rider & Cable: Servants Of The Dead (1992)

?? (During the gap)

> Youngblood/X-Force (1996)
> X-Force/Youngblood (1996)
> Generation X/Gen 13 (1998)
> Gen 13/Generation X (1997)

Not canon / Not 616 (Marvel/Image Crossover)

> Pizza Hut X-Men 1-4 (1993)

Not canon / Not 616 (Promotional)

> Daredevil 262-265 (Inferno - no x characters)

During inferno (when else) ??

> Dazzler 22 (Rogue, Angel, Mystique, Destiny) (1982)

At the time of Uncanny X-Men #164

> The Marvel UK Stuff (mostly Hell's Angel aka Dark Angel,
Mys-Tech Wars, etc.)

?? (Are these canon ??)

Well, good luck with your project... I'd be happy to help you
with it if you like... these things take time... maby a joint
venture would half the time... :-)

This might be a reperint of a Marvel Comics Presents story featuring
the two, which ran starting in #90.

> The Marvel UK Stuff (mostly Hell's Angel aka Dark Angel, Mys-Tech
Wars, etc.)

Marvel UK isn't in the MCP, and AFAIK it isn't considered canon
(barring the Excalibur and Hulk issues that featured MUK characters).

The latter. Cap holds auditions for Avengers in CA 352, which
are attended by Speedball and a few others, and the Soviet Super

Ultimo is a mostly mindless engine of destruction from another
planet whose exact origin is still unknown. Ultron is a highly
intelligent and genocidal artificial intelligence that was built
by Hank Pym. AFAIK, Ultimo hasn't ever appeared outside of Iron
Man's title, whereas Ultron has fought foes other than the Avengers,
most notably in the original Secret Wars miniseries.

remember),smasher,impulse,fang(deceased),midgit,nightside,astra,magic

Hobgoblin is now called Shapeshifter; Quasar is now called Neutron

She was, but only briefly; she de-defected back to the Circus of

Bob Fronczak posted his version over at the Avengers Assemble site.
It looks like he basically compiled all of the characters from the
MCP here and filled in the 2 gaps with whatever books he has.
Otherwise, it looks more or less complete up through the Heroes
Reborn stuff.

of members popped up during the Starblast crossover.

Frank Drake/Hannibal King? (Nightstalkers 18 spoilers)
Posted by Randy Tischler on May 25, 2001 at 14:50:42:

I just read the last issue of Nightstalkers (which looks like it
might be part of The Gap based on what I see in the chronology)
and, as they say, they all die in the end. But I'm pretty sure
that's not true, as Journey Into Mystery's 2nd to last or last
story arc involved Hannibal as a PI, and I believe this was well
after Nightstalkers was cancelled. Did both Frank and Hannibal
survive or just one? And if so, how was that explained?

Thanks.

here's the thing,randy...after nightstalkers #18 frank and hannibal
were revealed to have merged to form a new dracula(frank being a
descendant of drac, and hannibal being a vampire)their last appearance
was in blade #10(the last issue of that series)you are right about
hannibal being in journey into mystery #520-521,my guess is that
the writer or editor didn't like hannibal being dracula,so it was
retconned..but that's a guess, maybe someone else knows what
happened

Frank Drake and Hannibal King were revealed to have merged with
Dracula in Blade#10, but only in the letter page. It was never
revealed in the story (some hints were dropped though)Later in
the one-shot Blade: Crescent City Blues, Hannibal King showed up.
Blade asked for an explenation and Hannibal told him, "Much as it
makes me sick, I AM a vampire. Deacon Frost killed me once, but
it's gonna be hard for anyone to kill me again. Frank's alive to,
but in pretty bad shape. I took the brunt of the blast, but the
docs have spent months trying to put him back together again."
Thats about it. I liked the dracula idea better but since it
wasnt revealed in the comic they didnt stick with it.

Right you are, Blaze. Both Frank and Hannibal (my favourite character
BTW) are alive, though we still have not heard a word about Frank
yet-we have not seen Hannibal since 1998 for that matter. I guess
that when the Blade 2 movie comes out well be seeing these two
again.

Oh, and Im working on a Hannibal King website. If you guys like
him (and Blade and Frank and the Midnight sons too) I hope Ill see
you there. Its gonna be called Dead Man Blues and itll be ready
by September I guess (Im taking exams right now and cant work on
it very much). Anyway Ill let you know about it.

Ghost Rider II Mistake:Champions #7-10
Posted by Blaze on May 26, 2001 at 07:49:53:

Just thought I'd point out that at the end of The Champions #10
Ghost Rider is with Black Widow, Angel, Hercules, Iceman and Ivan
(along with the captured bad guys)At the beggining of Ghost Rider #23
he is with the same people (except the bad guys) I could be wrong but
I think that is the only Champions where Ivan is with them at the
end. If thats the case than it would make sense for Champions #7-10
to occur between Ghost Rider #22 and #23

Keep up the good work guys! BLAZE

Just did some checking out. Champions #12 has Blaze thinking that
there is no danger from the Stranger because he hasn't changed yet -
with a footnote stating that the issue takes place before Ghost
Rider #22. Agreed, Ivan is in GR#23, not Darkstar. But Ivan does
not say he is leaving at the end of Champions #10 (or #11, or #12).
Without having read Champions #13, I would say it is safe to assume
he stayed on at the Headquaters, perhaps as a tinkerer in the
workshop/lab - call it what you will. Darkstar, perhaps, was
resting, bathing, in the toilet (hey, heroes have to go too, y'know)
whatever, or perhaps not there because she did not really feel part
of the group yet. Not knowing (yet) what happens in Champions #15
or #16 (I've only read #7-#12, #14, #17) perhaps these adventures
(or others) take place between Ghost Rider #22 and #23. Any ideas?

TEAM CHRONOS - Notes

2 things:

1-with these team chronos, I'm trying to list only instances where
two or more members of a team appear. (No one here has been confused
by that, but on other boards...)

2-What other "smaller" more manageable teams, would you like me/us
to synthesize?

Thanks!

Smallish teams with manageable chronologies... Freedom Force, the
Soviet Super Soldiers, the Supreme Soviets/Winter Guard, the Reavers,
the Serpent Squad(s), the government-sponsored X-Factor, the
Pantheon.

How about the X-babies? They showed up first in X-men Annual 10,
showed up in Excalibur Mojo Mayhem, then X-men #46-47, and then the
two X-babies one-shots. I don't know if there where any other
appearances.

HELP! plus more team chronologies
Posted by Jimmy Flowers on May 28, 2001 at 15:11:39:

Hi, everyone.

I just finished throwing together a database of Team rosters and
chronologies for all comics universes. It includes all the team
chronologies I've posted here, plus a lot more.

Feel free to download it by clicking on this link...

http://www.users.qwest.net/~fjvirginia/chronodb.zip

The database is zipped and in MS Access 97 format.

The HELP part is that there are lot of blanks, plus possible errors.
Please let me know if you find anything wrong or want to add
something.

Thanks!

Got errors opening up All-Winners' Squad, Batroc's Brigade,
Maelstrom's Minions, People's Heroes, Salem's Seven and Shi'ar
Imperial Guard.

Membership corrections, to the best of my ability:

Alpha Flight: should also include Flex, Ghost Girl II, Guardian II,
Madison Jeffries, Manbot, Murmur II, and Sasquatch II, plus others,
I'm sure, from the latter half of the original series.

Avengers: Shroud was never a member; he turned it down every time
it was offered. Goliath IV/Yellowjacket III (the double currently
appearing in Avengers) should be added, as should Spider-Man,
Thunderstrike, Masque II and Silverclaw, and honorary members Rick
Jones and Moira Brannon. And "Triathlon" is misspelled. :)

Circus of Crime: add Blackwing, Rajah, Teena the Fat Lady, and
Terrax the Tamer. The Ringmaster listed here (and in the MCP)
appears to be a combined entry for the original Ringmaster (from
Captain America Comics #5) and the current Ringmaster (from Hulk #3
onwards).

Crazy Gang: Would Widget count as having been a member?

Excailbur: add Lockheed, Widget, Kylun, Micromax, Daytripper/Amanda
Sefton and Pete Wisdom.

Frightful Four: add the Red Ghost, Devos the Devastator, Paibok the
Power-Skrull (listed as Captain Paibok in the MCP), Huntara,
She-Thing/Sharon Ventura, Deadpool, the Taskmaster, and the
Constrictor.

Great Lakes Avengers: Big Bertha, Dinah Soar, Doorman, Flatman,
and Mister Immortal, originally trained by Hawkeye and Mockingbird.

Hellions: add Beef.

Horsemen of Apocalypse: Death I was Angel III, Death II was Caliban,
Death III was Wolverine. Famine II was Ahab. Pestilence I was AKA
Plague, Pestilence II was Caliban (he switched roles). War II was
the Hulk and War III was Deathbird.

The Jihad: not on topic here, but I was just rereading some Suicide
Squad stuff. :) Chimera was AKA Nightshade, there were two Jaculis
and possibly two Manticores, plus the Ifrit (AKA Mindboggler), Badb,
and Agni.

The Jury: first appeared in "Venom: The Jury" and many other Venom
minis, plus Amazing Spider-Man 383-385.

Masters of Evil: Klaw's listed twice. "Beelte"? ;) Also add (deep
breath) Dr. Octopus, Gargantua, Jackhammer, Oddball, Powderkeg, Puff
Adder, Aqueduct, Bison, Blackwing, Boomerang, Cardinal, Constrictor,
Cyclone II, Dragonfly, Eel II, Flying Tiger, Icemaster, Joystick,
Lodestone, Man-Ape, Man-Killer, Quicksand, Scorcher, Shatterfist,
Shockwave, Slyde, Sunstroke, and Supercharger.

Mutant Force: same group as the Resistants, with an earlier name.
Crucible=Burner, Meteorite=Lifter, Occult=Peeper, Think Tank=Mentallo.
To the Resistants, you can add Paralyzer (MF's Shocker).

Power Pack: currently their names are Energizer (Katie), Mass Master
(Jack), Starstreak (Julie) and Zero-G (Alex).

Reavers: add Wade Cole, Angelo Macon, Cylla Markham, and
Skullcrusher. Reese's first name is Murray.

Supreme Soviets: Now called the Winter Guard. Red Guardian is now
called Steel Guardian and Sputnik is called Vostok.

X-Factor: ought to be split up into two entries, since these are
two seperate teams that happen to share a name. Wild Child, Shard,
Sabretooth, Archer, Graystone and Fixx can be added to the government
X-Factor team entry.

X-Men: Madelyne Pryor, Dark Beast, Joseph/Magneto II, Maggott,
Thunderbird III, Northstar, Cargill/Frenzy, Sunpyre, Sage, and
White Queen/Emma Frost can be added, plus whoever else it was
that joined in the "Eve of Destruction" storyline.

It seems like these are all ones that have an apostrophe in them.
I'll check into that.

Thanks for the corrections. They're great!

My intention is to keep updating the database and make it available

It's much easier for me to do that than to keep a web site going.
